How to Report Copyright Infringement
DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on our website or brand platforms infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent with the following information:
1. Identification of Copyrighted Work
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works, provide a representative list.
2. Identification of Infringing Material
The exact URL or location of the infringing content on our platform, with sufficient detail for us to locate it.
3. Your Contact Information
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy Statement
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Physical or Electronic Signature
Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable for electronic submissions).

Note: DMCA notices must be submitted in writing. Phone or social media reports will not be processed.
Our Response Process

We process valid DMCA notices promptly, typically within 3 business days of receipt.
Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a DMCA counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, phone number, and email address
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh
A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We take intellectual property violations seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Consequences for Repeat Infringement:
- • First Offense: Warning and content removal
- • Second Offense: Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
- • Third Offense: Permanent account termination and ban from all Dot Eleven brands
- • Severe Cases: Immediate termination and potential legal action
We maintain records of copyright infringement notices for our users and vendors for a period of 3 years.
Bangladesh Copyright Law Compliance
In addition to DMCA compliance, we also respect copyright protections under the Copyright Act 2000 of Bangladesh (আইন নং ২৮ সন ২০০০) and the Copyright Rules 2006 (বিধিমালা ২০০৬).
Copyright Registration in Bangladesh
Copyright owners in Bangladesh can register their works with the Copyright Office under the Ministry of Cultural Affairs. Registration strengthens enforcement of rights.
Penalties for Infringement
Under Section 82 of the Copyright Act 2000, copyright infringement can result in imprisonment up to 4 years and/or fines up to ৳200,000.

Consequences of False Claims
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
We take false DMCA claims seriously and may:

- • Ban individuals from filing future claims
- • Report abusive behavior to relevant authorities
- • Seek compensation for damages caused
