2. Shipping Coverage

2.1 Domestic Shipping (Bangladesh)

We deliver to all 64 districts in Bangladesh:

  • Dhaka Metro: Dhaka City, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Savar, Tongi
  • Major Cities: Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Rangpur, Mymensingh
  • Sub-districts & Rural Areas: All upazilas nationwide

2.2 International Shipping

Currently, we primarily serve customers within Bangladesh. International shipping may be available on request for specific items. Please contact [email protected] for international orders.

4.2 Express Shipping Rates

Express shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Typical express charges:

  • Same Day Delivery (Dhaka): ৳200-৳400
  • Express (Major Cities): ৳200-৳300
  • Express (Remote Areas): ৳300-৳500

4.3 Special Item Shipping

  • Large/Heavy Items: Additional charges apply (calculated at checkout)
  • Fragile Items: Extra packaging fee of ৳50-৳100
  • Gift Wrapping: ৳50 (optional, available for Hadiya Outlet)

5. Order Processing

5.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

  • In-stock items: 24-48 hours
  • Pre-order items: As per product description
  • Custom/Personalized items: 3-5 business days

5.2 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive:

  1. Immediate order confirmation email/SMS
  2. Order processing notification within 24 hours
  3. Shipment confirmation with tracking number
  4. Out for delivery notification
  5. Delivery confirmation

5.3 Cut-off Times

For same-day or next-day delivery in Dhaka:

  • Same Day: Order before 11:00 AM
  • Next Day: Order before 5:00 PM

8. Delivery Procedures

8.1 Standard Delivery

During delivery:

  • Courier will call you 30-60 minutes before arrival
  • Please have your order number ready
  • Valid ID may be required for high-value items
  • Inspect package for external damage before accepting

8.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you selected COD payment:

  • Have exact cash amount ready (courier may not have change)
  • bKash/Nagad payment to courier may be available
  • You can open and inspect the package before payment
  • Get a receipt from the courier after payment

8.3 Signature Requirements

Signature is required for:

  • Orders above ৳5,000
  • Electronics and gadgets
  • All COD orders
  • High-risk delivery areas

9. Failed Delivery

9.1 Reasons for Failed Delivery

  • Recipient not available
  • Incorrect address or phone number
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Unable to locate address
  • Premises closed (for business deliveries)

9.2 Redelivery Process

If delivery fails:

  1. Courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
  2. You'll receive SMS/call notification after each attempt
  3. Package held at nearest courier hub for 7 days for pickup (requires ID and order number)
  4. After 7 days, order is returned to us

9.3 Returned Shipments

If your order is returned due to failed delivery:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund issued minus shipping costs
  • COD orders: Order cancelled, no charges
  • Reship: Available at additional shipping cost

10. Address Changes

To change delivery address:

  • Before shipping: Contact support immediately - can be changed free of charge
  • After shipping: Contact courier directly (additional charges may apply)
  • In transit: Limited options, contact support ASAP

11. Damaged or Lost Packages

11.1 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not accept the package if severely damaged
  2. Take photos/video of damaged packaging
  3. Contact us within 24 hours with photos
  4. We'll arrange replacement or refund

11.2 Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:

  • Check with neighbors and building security
  • Verify delivery address with courier
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We'll investigate with courier and arrange replacement/refund

12. Special Delivery Services

12.1 Gift Delivery

  • Gift wrapping available (৳50)
  • Personalized message cards
  • Surprise delivery coordination
  • Specific time slot delivery (additional charge)

12.2 Scheduled Delivery

Choose preferred delivery date and time:

  • Morning slot: 9 AM - 12 PM (৳100)
  • Afternoon slot: 12 PM - 5 PM (৳100)
  • Evening slot: 5 PM - 9 PM (৳150)

12.3 Corporate/Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (10+ items):

13. Holiday Shipping

During major holidays (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day):
